PRE-VACUUMING
Unlike many of our competitors who ask you to have your home vacuumed prior to their arrival, we do it for you! Considering that a good vacuuming can remove up to 78% of the dirt in your carpet, it is not a step that should be overlooked. We will use an industrial grade vacuum in your home to ensure maximum results in dirt removal

Pre-spray – Your carpets are treated with powerful yet safe cleaning agents to loosen deep down soil and contaminants.

AGITATION
This method utilizes a rotary floor machine with a brush.The carpet is scrubbed while a shampoo solution is fed through the shower feed brush.
Due to the scrubbing action of the cleaning process the carpet pile can get distorted. The carpet pile should be set or groomed before the carpet dries to avoid an uneven appearance. This process is performed to remove loose soil and crystallized detergent residues.
The advantages to this method are excellent agitation and deep cleaning that produces good overall cleaning results.
Step 4
STEAM CLEANING:
The cleaning process works by injecting hot cleaning solution under pressure into the carpet fibers followed by immediate extraction. Proper “pre-conditioning” of areas of heavy soil accumulation is an important step in the steam cleaning process. .
As the hot water is extracted, the wand is also vacuuming up the water and the dirt. . When you look at the water being extracted, it often looks brown and dirty. You will see after this process that the carpet is really being deep cleaned.
This cleaning method works best when the carpet is pre-conditioned, agitated and then rinsed.
However, as it dries, the carpet nap rises and the result is a very clean, fresh and “new- appearing” carpet. Our machines are more powerful, and, one of the best improvements, the water extraction power has been increased so that drying time is shorter.
Step 5
DEODORIZER
To help remove unwanted smells, deodorizer is applied. Choose unscented, Laundry Fresh, or a seasonal scent.
